My Classes

3 live 30 minute strength classes at 9am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday for just £35 per month.



Full Body Workout

Mondays and Fridays are 30 minute workouts focusing on all the muscle groups. A strength based class where you have the option of using weights or exercising without equipment.

Lower Body Sculpt

Wednesdays are focussed on the lower body - 30 minutes of legs and tummy toning. Using resistance bands if you have them but equally all the classes can be done without equipment.

Yoga Classes

I am thrilled that Yoga is now on board! Andrea Kwiatkowski provides a live yoga class once a month along with recorded sessions which will all be stored in the library along with the Strength workouts. These classes are the perfect complement to the programme - stretching out the tight muscles from the weighted workouts and providing relaxation and meditation.

Are you including strength training in your fitness routine?

A fast paced workout incorporating resistance based exercises interspersed with cardio. From high impact to low impact challenging your body, boosting your metabolism, to get stronger and fitter.

Monday/Friday 9am

Mondays and Fridays are 30 minute full body strength classes with weights if you have them. 2/3kg dumbbells are perfect but if not tins of beans or filled water bottles!

Strength training is both physically and mentally beneficial. As we get older our muscle mass decreases but this can be reversed by strength training. Increasing bone density so reducing the risk of fractures and osteoporosis. Building our strength to perform everyday activities with greater ease and preventing unnecessary injuries. Best of all it enhances our mood by boosting our metabolism and stablising our weight.

Wednesday 9am

Wednesdays are focussed on the lower body - 30 minutes toning the legs and tummies. We use short looped resistance bands if you have them but again all the classes can be done without.

If you are looking to tone your legs and strengthen the core then this is the class for you! 30 minutes of sculpting those glutes and abs - your legs will become more defined and as your core becomes stronger it will in turn lead to better posture and leave you less susceptible to lower back injury.
