Are you looking to get fitter and enjoy regular exercise as part of your daily lifestyle? 30 minutes of live fitness classes 3 mornings a week for you to join. A whole library of recorded classes should you wish to workout in your own time plus exercise videos explaining techniques and targeting key areas.
How it works
It couldn't be easier! A monthly membership based subscription which gives you access to a whole month's worth of live classes to book as and when you need. In addition you will have access to all pre recorded classes should you miss a session or wish to repeat a workout.
Just £35 per month which includes all the live classes and recordings.
Select your classes
Look at the calendar for January and click which classes you would like to join.
Receive your zoom link once you have booked onto a class and also receive an email as a reminder before your class starts.
All live classes are recorded and uploaded to your profile 1hr later, just in case you miss a class.
