All the answers for questions you might have about Caroline's Circuits
Absolutely they are always available immediately after the class for you to do anytime that suits.
All you need to start with is a mat, a short loop resistance band (the Gritin ones on amazon are about £8) and a couple of dumbbells. I suggest starting with 2 and 4kgs and you can always up the weight over time as your strength increases - if you are already doing some strength work these might be a little light but starting gradually and building up is always safest from an injury prevention perspective.

Yes, I always try to offer low impact or different ways to do an exercise so you can modify to suit your fitness level and body.
We have our customer services email on hand to help with any queries but do not offer 1-2-1 dietary advice as Caroline is not a trained nutritionist but we do always try to help where we can.
It does depend a little on your TV and what it supports. One option is to log in to the website from the browser on your TV if it supports this, or you can cast from your phone as many people have success from this.
The videos on the website are powered by Vimeo so it might try to show you them via Vimeo rather than the website so definitely easier to log in to the website on your TV if you can.
