4 live 30 minute strength classes at 9am every Monday, Wednesday and Friday & 2pm Tuesday (UK time) for just £35 per month (or converted to your local currency by your bank).
Recordings are available after the live class for you to do at a time that suits you.

The App gives you everything you have on the website PLUS a personal progress tracker and the ability to: save a favourite class, schedule classes in your diary, save a class to a 'watch later' list, download classes into the app for when you are away or without wifi and filter through all classes to find your perfect workout.

Hi Caroline, I have just finished 3 weeks of your workouts and I absolutely love them!! Already I feel stronger and leaner. I work a day behind you as I workout at 6am and do 5 workouts a week, I’d love you to do 7 but know I must rest but I love your style, your no nonsense encouragement and everyday I look forward to getting up and doing the next class. I have never done that before so I must say a huge thank you and I’m so glad I found you.
Mondays and Fridays are 30 minute workouts focusing on all the muscle groups. Monday is a full body sculpt class and Friday is our strength HIIT workout - you always have the option of using weights or exercising without equipment.
Tuesdays we focus on arms & abs, a great session for the upper body. Wednesdays are focussed on the lower body - 30 minutes of legs & abs. We use resistance bands if you have them but equally all the classes can be done without equipment.
Inside the membership hub you will have access to live classes and on demand recordings so you can revisit your favourite classes or catch up on a class you missed.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday classes are live at 9am and Tuesday is at 2pm UK time (recordings available immediately after the class).

The classes are designed for all fitness levels and to be done with minimal equipment. But there are a couple of things which will help you get off to a flying start.
Dear Caroline, as I head towards end of my 3rd week with you, I just wanted to say that I've had amazing results already! Apart from stronger muscles/body, it has done wonders for my running too! It is a little tough juggling 4 runs + 4 strength workouts per week, but thanks to that, I've been running faster and stronger! In fact, I've hit my 5K personal best for 2024 in my 2nd week thanks to a stronger core and glutes!
Thank you for making the classes so easy to follow & being so inspirational. The 30 mins go by before I even realise! (And I love the muscle burns the day after!!) Can't wait to see more results at the end of the month or next! Thank you!
A LITTLE BIT ABOUT
I wanted to create a fitness platform that would appeal to everyone - to those who have exercised for years and are looking for a new challenge as well as to those who are complete beginners. My aim is to provide home workouts which will motivate and inspire you to make exercise part of your lifestyle for the future.
All times are UK time - all classes are available on the membership hub immediately after class to do at a time that suits you.
Hi Caroline, I just wanted to drop you a quick message to say how delighted I am that I found you! I started my fitness journey in 2018, I was a size 20 and dropped 5 stone by running. I have continued to run ever since and have kept the weight off. However, I felt something was missing and after seeing you on the Wyse live in October, immediately signed up to Carolines Circuits. Wow!! What an impact you have had on my life, I turned 50 last week, I have muscles I didn’t know existed and I feel stronger, fitter and leaner than ever before. I have always done Caroline's classes on record when I get in from work in the evening as I cannot join them live. I genuinely look forward to doing them as I know that I will feel 100% better afterwards! I laugh, I shout and I feel so much better for challenging myself. And the best bit? I'm now seeing the results!
I just wanted to say how much I love Caroline's approach. I am a beginner and she is so clear in her instructions, always giving options and not judgemental. Just a quick note to say how much I am enjoying your classes. The variety is great! I have only done two live classes so far due to circumstances but I really appreciate being able to do the classes at a time that suits me so I never have to miss out.
