Are you looking for a personal trainer to help you meet specific goals? Maybe you are looking for some motivation to get started on your fitness journey & would like to concentrate on certain key areas?

1-1 Personal Training

Personal training can be so beneficial in lots of ways. Maybe you are recovering from an injury and want to rebuild strength and mobility in that area.

Or you are training for a specfic sports goal - running, skiing, tennis for example and would like to focus on exercises which will be key to improve your fitness levels in that sport. Alternatively you are looking for a more tailored progamme than in a class environment where we can monitor your progress individually and plan your schedule.

I have trained clients 1 on 1 for over twenty years and love to see the results that personal training can bring. I will motivate you, challenge you and inspire you to meet your goals.
